KELSEY M. POWELL

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, OWNER

Kelsey is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Civil Engineering. Kelsey has 15 years’ experience in coming up with solutions to engineering problems and has a special interest in the challenges of coming up with structural solutions to the many issues that crop up in the unique historic district of Downtown Charleston. Kelsey stays active in the Charleston Community by playing adult league softball and enjoys coaching Charleston youth in baseball, basketball, and soccer.

DAVE LINDER

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Dave is a graduate of The College of Charleston with a BA in Studio Art. He has over 25 years of experience in the creation of A/E construction documents. In his downtime he enjoys playing old-time fiddle and banjo as well as creating watercolor landscape sketches around the Lowcountry.
